Reuser facing knee op

Reuser recently made his first appearance for Ipswich this season against Avenir Beggen in the UEFA Cup second-leg at Portman Road.

"Martijn has had problems with his knee and will have exploratory surgery next week," Town physio Dave Williams told the Clubs official website.

"It's likely that he has cartilage damage and will need an operation to sort it out.

If that's the case, it will be about four to six weeks before he will be back playing.

"He suffered a knock on his thigh against Avenir Beggen as well so he's not had much luck so far."
