The former Everton boss revealed he would like to keep Shefki Kuqi, Chris Bart-Williams and Alan Mahon and sign them on a full time basis, however Royle has pointed out unless money is made avaliable through the share issue or otherwise, he will not be able to.

"It's all about money. There's a pot we are trying to put things in - gate receipts, savings and hopefully the proceeds from the current share issue - and the board of directors are doing all they can to be supportive." Royle told the Ipswich Evening Star

"I hope to set the ball rolling in seven to 10 days but there is no set running order. There is a limit to what we can do all at once. We may be out of administration but things are still tight. We have to be very careful."
