Pablo Hit by Injury Setback

Town's Spanish joint Top Scorer has not started for the blues since the 2-0 against Preston, and has been bothered by the hamstring injury ever since picking it up in a reserves clash against Derby County at Pride Park.

Although Joe Royle is happy with current strike duo Dean Bowditch and Darren Bent, he insists he would like Pablo to be fit: “We want as many people fit and available as possible going into the run-in and then, hopefully, the play-offs. We need to be as strong as we can be." he told the East Anglian Daily Times.

“Pablo trained with us towards the end of last week but the injury is still causing him concerns. He won't be ready this week but hopefully next week as he needs some games for match fitness.”
