Marshall Interesting Wimbledon

The third choice keeper at Portman Road has been kept in exile so far this season due to new signing Kelvin Davis taking the number one spot and youngster Lewis Price securing the backup keeper spot as his own leaving Marshall well down the pecking order at Portman Road.

The former Norwich keeper has suffered much abuse from Town fans because of his past career with our friends across the border, which seemed to effect him during a disapointing 2002/2003 season which ended with him being handed a free transfer by Town boss Joe Royle.

With The Franchise having both of their first team goalkeepers, Paul Heald and Steve Banks ruled out through injury, Marshall looks set to make his debut for the club in Saturday's clash against Gillingham should he elect to sign for the Franchise.
