Jason De Vos will captain the side on his debut after signing on a free transfer from Wigan in the Summer, whilst Kevin Horlock will also make his debut for Town after signing from West Ham United in the Summer.

Confirming the news to the Official Club Website Town boss Joe Royle said:  "As we thought, Jim hasn't made it. Jason trained okay though and he, Kevin Horlock and Matt Richards will all be fine for Saturday, with Jason skippering the side."
