Kuqi Signs on 3 Month Loan

The Finnish internationalwas last year top scorer for Sheffield Wednesday wth 8 goals also has 30 international caps to his name with four goals coming in them. Riyle attempted to sign Kuqi in the Summer, but the financial constraints prevented him from doing so.

Speaking of the signing, Royle told the Official Club Website: "We were interested in signing Shefki in the summer but Wednesday were looking for a big fee for him. That took us out of the equation but with Sheffield now looking to relieve their wage bill, they have agreed to a loan deal."

"We are delighted to land Shefki. He is a big, powerful striker that will give us some presence in the box and help relieve the pressure that we have on the squad with the injury problems we have."

Maybe Joe Royle should open his eyes to where the real problem lies, in midfield, it shouldn't take Einstein to work out that the two games we have won this season were with the two on-loan midfielders playing. When we didn't have them for the majority of Notts County we went back to being poor again. Anyone else spot an obvious conclusion here?
