Injury Blow: Haynes out for one month

Haynes: Ankle ligament damage
As the club awaited news of whether Danny would be credited with the winning goal in the East Anglian Derby on Sunday, worse news came through that the 18year old's ankle injury was worse than first thought.

The club pyhsio, Dave Williams told the club website: "There is a tear in the ligament.

"He's wearing a protective boot to keep the joint stable but at the moment we are looking at him being out for between 3 and 5 weeks."

The youngster rose to prominence at Elland Road on Septemeber 24th and has made a big impact in recent weeks.

Another player who definitey won't be involved with first-team action against Burnley this Saturday is Gavin Williams, who is suffering from a knee and ankle injury.
