Confirming the News to the Official Club Website, Royle said: "I have spoken to the four players and they know what is on the table.
"Shefki and Tommy have both been offered two year deals while Jim and Fabian have one year contracts available.
"They are now all going away to think about the offers we have made but I have asked for an answer as soon as possible. Hopefully we will know where we stand in a couple of weeks."
Meanwhile Royle says he will also be holding talks with striker Pablo Counago who is currentley in Spain: "I'll be speaking to Pablo soon and we'll take it from there."
The sixth and final out of contract player, Drissa Diallo was released by Town earlier this morning after failing to hold down a regular first team place since joining from Burnley in the Summer of 2003.
