Nicky Forster jarred his knee and was replaced by Danny Haynes after only 20 minutes at the KC Stadium on Wednesday and Royle told the club website: "Fozzie is almost certainly out of the Luton game."

Gavin Williams, who is currently discussing personal terms over a permanent move from West Ham, is also struggling and Royle said: "Gavin is also a major doubt for Saturday."

The squad includes Bowditch, Haynes and McDonald as attacking options, whilst Naylor or Currie could also be moved into a striking role.

Price is included in the squad but missed the Hull game with a groin injury, young Irishman, Supple is ready to deputise again.

The BBC report that Luton manager Mike Newell has hinted striker Rowan Vine could be recalled, even though his replacement Warren Feeney scored in the win over Brighton.

Whilst midfielder Peter Holmes misses the match with a knee injury.
