Bowditch Released from England Squad

The 17 year old scored a hat-trick on his senior home league debut against Watford on Saturday and Town boss Joe Royle was very keen for the youngster not to take part in games he did not need to to leave him fresh for Town's promotion campaign.

Speaking to the Official Club Website, Royle confirmed: "I have just been in contact with Martin Hunter and as Dean is playing first-team football and we have a busy schedule, he has agreed not to play him next week."
