West Ham Vs Ipswich - The Opposition View

How do you feel West Ham's Domestic season went?
Average, we have been very inconsistent - luckily hit some form at the right time. Depending on which team turn up we have shown we are equipped to beat any one.

How do you feel Ipswich did this season?
Great season - I'm sure even Mr Royle is suprised by the progress made in the past two years. I went a few times the season before last and the quality of your football seems to have improved considerably.

Who do you think are your most on form and dangerous players at the moment
Harewood's in top form at the minute picking up where Sheringham left off. Reo Coker & Etherington are starting to look back to their best. My tip is watch out for Rebrov, he's had a few run out's in the stiffs and is looking good.

Are there any youngsters or unsung talents in the squad we may not have heard of?
Elliot Ward & Anton Ferdinand in the centre of defence - their pairing has coincided with a recent record of 1 loss in 10. Young Mark Noble in midfield, one for the future we expect big things from him, likely to be on the bench.

How important has Teddy Sheringham been to your side this season?
Very, despite his age he oozes class. He's never had pace but his touch, vision and postional awareness are exceptional. We have been playing a quite young team of late too, he seems to have a calming effect on players and then there's the small matter of scoring 20 odd goals as well!

What Ipswich players do you feel could cause your side problems?
Darren Bent don't need to say much more there do I! I also think Ian Westlake, if picked, could prove a problem (think back to him hitting the post in the 2nd leg last year). I have played against him at Waterpolo and know that he'll give his all to win.

Do you expect to be pushed harder this season than last by Town in the play-offs?
Very hard to call, I expect the games to be similar (tight) but hopefully the same outcome!

What sort of line-up can we expect from you?
Walker, Repka, Ward, Ferdinand, Powell, Newton, Reo Coker, Mullins, Etherington, Harewood & Zamora (4-4-2)

Predicted score?
2-1 @ Upton Park, 1-1 @ Portman Road (West Ham to win 3-2 on aggregate)

Thanks to Steven for the answers.
