The Dutch defender returns to the Hawthorns to help ease the Baggies growing injury and suspension crisis that leaves manager Roberto Di Matteo shorn of options.
The 23-year-old's stint at Portman Road was due to expire in January. He made four appearances for the Tractor Boys.
