Renato Civelli Keen on England Move

He told Belgian newspaper La Derniere Heure: "I wanted to stay at Marseille but it will not happen I am at the end of my contract, so I will choose a new destination.

"People are talking about me in the Belgian league with Anderlecht. I will not go there as I am hoping for a bigger league. I am talking about either the Spanish or English leagues"

The versatile defender joined Marseille in January 2006, having made his name in his homeland with Banfield having played 62 games and scoring once for the same club from which brother Luciano joined Town from.

The 25 year old appeared 32 times in the league for the French club before spending the 2007/8 campaign on loan at Argentine club Gimnasia LP where he was involved in 29 league games scoring once.

The 6ft4 Pehuajó born player appeared for Marseille 18 times during last season in all competions scoring twice and picking up four yellow cards before being released by Didier Deschamps.
