Speaking to BBC Local Radio, Magilton said: "I'll pick whatever team I see fit and people can make any judgements they want.
"I'll pick whatever side I think can win a game of football. It isn't about my best eleven, it's about the players I think can win the game.
"Until you all stop going on about it and allow me to do my job, I'll carry on making changes."
