Keane Fulop hope for Marton

Ipswich manager Roy Keane believes the signing of Marton Fulop will ensure that Town can go through the season with no goalkeeping worries. The Tractor Boys used five different stoppers during a difficult campaign last season and Keane hopes that adding Fulop to his stable of Brian Murphy and Arran Lee-Barrett will solve his problems. He told the club`s official website: "The deal dragged on for a number of weeks but we have finally reached the finish line. "We had a few problems last season with injuries, retirements and losing loan `keepers. "We have two very good goalkeepers but I`ve always liked three keepers at my club and Marton will increase the competition for places. "He is a good, experienced player and we are delighted to have him here."
