New Zealand international Fallon has scored once in 12 appearances for the League One Pilgrims this season.

Former Feyenoord youth product Zuiverloon has featured just three times for the Baggies this term, all in the League Cup.

He switched to The Hawthorns in a £3.2m move from Dutch side Heerenveen in the summer of 2008 and went on to play 33 times as Albion were relegated from the Premier League.

He remained first choice right-back in the Baggies' promotion campaign last season but has not made a league appearance since April.

Fallon has found the net 19 times in 141 games for Plymouth since joining from Swansea in January 2007.

His best goal ratio came during a three-year spell at Swindon, where he scored 25 times in 89 games.

The former Barnsley frontman has 10 caps for New Zealand and three goals and will join international team-mate Tommy Smith at Portman Road.

The signings bolster boss Roy Keane's options for Sunday's East Anglian derby with Norwich City.

Injuries to Gareth McAuley, Tom Eastman and Mark Kennedy have left Town light at the back.
