The former Neuchatel Xamax, Grasshoppers, Sedan, Wolves, Celtic, Southampton, Wigan, West Ham and Stoke City forward was said to have agreed a deal in principle with Town last week, before changing his mind ahead of the transfer being confirmed.

The Senegal international 32 year old appeared in 21 games for Steve Bruce's Wigan Athletic last season scoring 6 goals, before spending the tail end of the season on loan at fellow Premiership side Stoke City, where he failed to score having come on as sub four times.

Camara was perhaps most remembered last season for his amazing miss from six yards out on his debut for Stoke, where he somwhow smashed a shot against the bar with the entire goal to aim at.

Elsewhere in this mornings press, Town have been linked with a move for Watford's Hungarian international Tamas Priskin, and Charlton's 17 year old attacking midfielder or striker Jonjo Shelvey.
