Fallon's bustling style has impressed in his two starts since arriving from Plymouth and the New Zealand international has warmed to Keane's approach to management.
"He (Keane) reminds me of my Dad actually, the fierceness of him," Fallon told the East Anglian Daily Times.
"He's got that look, you know, that glare. There's so much passion for the game inside Roy. He's been a breath of fresh air for me.
"He's given me some praise after the Preston game and that's given me some confidence. You can tell he watches every move you make," added Fallon.
