Speaking to the Official Club Website, Haynes said: "Obviously I'm delighted to have signed a new contract here.
"I feel I am making progress and have been working hard on my all round game with the coaching staff.
"I know I need to find more consistency but the manager has said that will come with work on the training ground and with games."
Both players had a year left to run on their contracts before signing their ne deals at the club.
