Baxter who also spent a period as skipper during his 11 years at Town, appeared in 460 games scoring 22 goals for the club, and was a vital ingredient in Sir Alf Ramsey's incredible back to back Division Two (60/61) and Division One (61/62) championships.
Baxter was inducted to Town's Hall of Fame previously this year.
