Bruce Set to Be Fit for Last Day

The 24 year old former Birmingham City midfielder was forced off after just 24 minutes of Saturday's Coca-Cola Championship clash against Cardiff City at Ninian Park, and whilst scans have showed he has dislocated his thumb, it should not prevent him from taking part in Town's final league fixture.

Confirming the news to the Official Club Website, Town Physio Matt Byard said: "The plan is for Alex to train normally this week. His thumb will be protected but it's expected that he should be fit for selection for the weekend."
