Bowditch off for first team football
Bowditch, whose first team opportunities at Portman Road have been limited since ITFM revealed a bust-up with Joe Royle, has joined the Chairboys until the end of the season.

Town do have an option to recall the former England U19 striker after 28 days though.

Town chief Joe Royle said: "Dean has not played much football here over the last couple of months and has asked to go out on loan.

"He will be joining Wycombe for 3 months but we have an option to recall him after 28 days.

"The will give him the chance to play first team football week in, week out and hopefully get a few goals," Joe told the club website.

Deano joins defender Aidan Collins, also on a loan contract at the League two club and fellow Town academy graduate, Matt Bloomfield, who is on a permanent contract at the Causeway stadium.

Bowditch has been frozen out at Portman Road, since a big bust-up with Joe Royle just before Christmas and is hopeful that he will be available for the promotion chasing side this weekend.

Wycombe are currently managed by George Burley's assistant during his time at Portman Road, John Gorman.
