Billy Clarke makes Reserve team return

The Blues second string side put in a ratherhumiliating performance at Coventry, as Joe Royle watched on but the good news for Town fans was that young striker Billy Clarke made his first return to action since dislocating his shoulder 2 months ago.

Lewis Price played in goal for Town put could not stop efforts from Whing, Thornton, Webb and Reid for the Sky Blues, which gave them a very comfortable victory.

Young reserve defender, Chris Casement, has been called up for a Northern Ireland U19 squad for a tournament in Gran Canaria next week. The academy graduate was part of the FA Youth Cup winning side and the tournament will run from this weekend until 11th February.

Gerrard Nash, currently on loan at Hartlepool, has been withdrawn from the Republic of Ireland U21 squad that gets together later this month. He is currently on a months loan at the 'Pools.
